Is my phone compatible?
QRizy supports millions of phones on the market today. so If you have a camera and a data connection, it is likely that your phone is supported. In fact many mobile phones have the necessary reader pre-installed but if yours doesn't then go here to download a reader.
How can I create my own QRizy Code?
QRizy uses the international standard QR Code to ensure the most wide spread compatiability. To create your own code go here.
Is there a charge to scan codes using QRizy?
The only charge is the standard data rates charged by your carrier for accessing the internet. This will vary based on your individual plan.
My phone is unable to scan a code. What's wrong?
If a code is not successfully scanning, please check the following:
- Confirm that you are trying to scan a supported code format
- Ensure that the code is centered in the screen so that all of the edges are within the viewfinder area
What does it mean if a code action is not supported by my phone?
QRizy codes can launch a number of different actions on the phone like displaying contact information or an SMS message. Some of these code actions are not supported by all phone models. If you see this message, please try scanning a different code which may be compatible. The QRizy web browser code is always supported.
I can't find the reader after I downloaded it. Where is it?
Readers typically go to the folder on your phone where your applications are kept. This differs by phone, but you can try looking in 'My Stuff' or 'Applications'.
